What is an Estate Sale?

An estate sale is a type of sale where the belongings of a person or family are liquidated, typically due to major life changes such as a death, downsizing, or relocation. It involves selling a significant portion of personal property, including furniture, appliances, collectibles, and other items.

Do you help with item appraisal?

We do! During the estate cleanout, we will help you sort all items and arrange for an appraisal of collectibles, jewelry, and other items you have set aside.

Can you help with home cleanup?

Yes! After all items in the estate have been removed, we will help with arranging any other services needed to get this home ready for sale. This includes deep cleaning, waste removal, handy man services, lawn maintenance, and more.
